Who we are
This website is operated by Xorance Solutions Private Limited, registered in India. You can contact us about privacy, your information or this notice at support@xorance.com. This notice covers the Xorance corporate website; product websites and other linked services may have their own notices.
Browsing and search
Hostinger provides hosting for this website. Delivering pages involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address, the requested address and browser information. Hosting and network services may also use request information to maintain availability and investigate security problems. Hostinger can show a browser security check before the website loads. Google Fonts requests were observed during that initial access flow; those requests send technical connection information to the font service.
Website searches put your search text and selected content type in the page address. They can appear in browser history, hosting request records or links you share. Avoid entering personal or confidential information into search.
Contacting us
If you email support@xorance.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, company and message. This information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry and continue the related conversation. Email services transmit and store that correspondence.
Please keep an initial message high level. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records or confidential information belonging to others. Opening an email link uses your email application; it does not submit a website form.
When the website enquiry form is available, it collects your name, email address, company, country or region, message and any service or industry you select. We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry. The submission and the version of the privacy notice you acknowledge are saved in a private database, together with submission times and the page from which you submitted it. Enquiry details are sent by our configured email delivery service to support@xorance.com for handling. Replying to that notification addresses the email you supplied. The form does not subscribe you to marketing, accept file uploads or send an automatic email to you.
To limit abuse and duplicate submissions, the website keeps keyed hashes derived from an email address and, where available through a trusted hosting connection, an IP address. Temporary counters and duplicate-submission records expire within 24 hours and are removed by scheduled maintenance. Delivery status and minimal operator activity records help authorized staff investigate failed notifications and handle enquiries. An on-screen reference confirms that the enquiry was saved; it does not guarantee that an email has reached an inbox.
Cookies and browser preferences
Cookie settings in the footer let you accept or reject optional analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser until you change it or clear website data. No optional analytics provider is currently enabled in the website application. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent ordinary browsing. The Cookies page explains browser storage and the essential session cookie used by authorized administrators.
Administration and service providers
The private administration area is for authorized website staff. When configured, it stores account information, authentication records and editorial activity to control access and manage blog posts and vacancies. Public visitors do not need an account to browse.
Website hosting, email and any configured database services process information needed to operate their respective features. The location and retention of service records depend on the services in use. Contact support@xorance.com for information about the handling of records relating to you.
Storage and retention
The browser preference has no automatic expiry and can be removed through your browser settings. Administrator sessions expire after eight hours. These periods describe browser and sign-in data; they do not describe the retention of email correspondence or hosting records.
Enquiry records and email correspondence are not automatically deleted after a fixed period by this application. Retention depends on the purpose of the conversation and applicable record-keeping requirements. Authorized operators can locate, export or delete a website enquiry using its reference. Copies in email systems, hosting records and backups are handled separately. You can ask about retention or request deletion using the privacy contact above.
Your questions and requests
You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing support@xorance.com. Describe your request and the interaction it relates to. We may need further information to locate the records and verify that the request is yours. Please do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.
Available rights and any limits on a request depend on the applicable law and the records involved. Cookie preferences can be changed directly in the footer without making an email request.
Links and updates
Following a product, social media or recruitment link takes you to the destination website. Review its privacy information before submitting details there. The version and effective date above identify this notice; changes to website features or information handling may require an updated version.
